  I was looking for a roofer, I called Merkley Roofing on July 30th 2014.
  Followed up on Aug 6, I was told some one would call back. Received a call and was told could not find my house. I passed the information but never heard from then again.
  So I called back on Aug 15th and my last call Sept 4th.
  The lady that takes the messages always says the same thing. We'll call you back.
  
  So after 6 weeks I have now decided that I can't trust a company that can not even return a simple phone call. I told them if they don't want to do the job, tell, so I won't loose my time waiting for them.
  There is plenty of roofer with good reference. It is unfortunate that Dave Merkley doesn't take his business seriously and can even return a simple phone, If they have so much work then they should advise the people calling.
  A company like this doesn't deserve my business. Imagine if a simple phone call is too much what kind of service would you get on your roof.

  I wish there was a less than 1 star. I had this company redo the roof of my house, and while the roofers were pleasant enough, I found them playing with my dog, sitting in my lawn chairs under my trees, or in their truck, the job could have been done in 2 days (or less) but took 3. The mess left around my house and damage done to my gardens, were TOTALLY unacceptable. I am still picking up cigarette butts throughout my yard, I have found 13 roofing nails in my grass and gardens. With Kids and with a dog running around it isn't the most comforting thing knowing that they might step on one. I would never had them come back, nor would I recommend them to anyone.
  A very unsatisfied customer.
